Let me simplify this for those who seem to not understand:

1) If you don't like your guild's policies; find another guild.
2) If you don't like your guilds officer's; find another guild.
3) If you think your guild is filled with clueless noobs not worth the investment to educate and gear; find another guild.
4) Other; find another guild.

It's very simple. If you don't like where you are there is no binding contract holding you there. Move on.

Ye i just think its funny all these people from different servers/guild who doesn't really know anything thats going on all of a sudden knows whats best for the guild...

It really doesn't matter which server or guild you are from, it is pretty much universally understood that broadcasting guild problems is never a good idea.

200hp arcanes shouldn't set foot in ToD because they're a liability. You probably didn't have any cold absorption besides Fire Shield either. Unequipped toons like you flagging on casual are part of the problem. You should be thanking the people that took the time to help you equip and readjust your character instead of lambasting them on the forums. You don't deserve their help.

I've done ToD with Favoritesoul. He's a solid leader and Orien would benefit greatly with more people like him leading raids.
