Default Wf monk- STR or DEX?

I recently unlocked a 32pt build, and I've ALWAYS wanted a WF monk. I decided to roll one and its not going so good, I found myself clueless as to where to put my points. My base stats are:
    17
    15
    14
    8
    14
    (at lvl 4, dark monk)

I was going to take a +2 dex tome to get the full TWF chain, But put all my lvl up points into STR and make flame my main stance. Should I re roll and distribute my stats differently and go for a dex base? Maybe go the light path instead of dark?

The feats I have taken are power attack, toughness, stunning fist, and TWF. And my halfling 28pt build was doing much better than this 32pt WF.

Most WF monks I have seen are fairly solid, I cant say I feel the same about mine. Any word of advice?

I've ran this build up to about lvl12 so far and it's working great.

I'd suggest using that as a starting point.

i think you will do fine with that. my wf monk had started with 16 con and eventually got the mountain 4 stance, at the cost of a point of str or possibly wis. the benefit of that is the DR when leveling and the hp when needed. at 20 with rage, the upgraded mindsunder docent, greensteel hp helm, and ship buffs i have up to 634 hp.

for feats i went with these, not necessarily in the same order:

    1: Stunning Fist
    1: (Monk) Two Weapon Fighting
2: (Monk) Dodge [for ninja spy]
    3: Toughness
    6: Stunning Blow
    6: (Monk) Toughness
    9: Improved Two Weapon Fighting
    12: Power Attack (PA)
    15: Greater Two Weapon Fighting
    18: Toughness

i can see the appeal of not taking any wisdom, but with wf tactics stunning fist is still useful with moderate wis, to me anyways.

you could easily swap a toughness for IC:B if you wanted, but i became convinced it was not necessary. i generally attempt to stun mobs and then it is auto crit time
