Default This may not SEEM like an achievement...

First cleric I have rolled and stuck with, I solo healed Tear of Dhakaan with all casters and had 0 deaths. No one had firewall yet, and only one had taken fireball. You may shower me with praise now.

I am still not sure how I friggin did it, they all ran out of sp early on and it was a battle from the big room on out.... and at level 5 I didn't have radiant burst yet either... Thank you Infested Armor, you saved our lives!

So you had FB, everyone else was using Magic Missile and Haste then?

Grats tho, I'dve left that group before we even entered!

Wow - congratz. Sounds like you had some pretty tough Arcanes in that group...

I recently "solo-healed" (sort of) an at-level elite Irestone Inlet with my Dwarf Ranger using nothing but wands. Was quite an interesting experience - I was the only character who had any, though we had at least one other Ranger in the group. Can't say we had zero deaths though - I think I was fighting alone more often than not, but we managed to finish it without anyone recalling. It was a good thing I brought two wands though - we wouldn't have made it on one

Sometimes you miss out on the best adventures when you opt out at the beginnng like this. Sometimes making a completion of a quest with a disfunctional party like this can be most satisfying.

I had a smiliar experience in Tear with a misfit pug and my lvl 7 fighter. After several deaths (None of which were mine), we finally made it to the hobgoblin village. The group tried to get to the golem, where a couple died after more than one fall off the waterfall. We killed the golem, and head over to the next cavern entrance, where everyone else promptly dies (Except me). Fortunatly I was carrying a Paralying Long Sword. So I pulled it out and a shield that I rarely use (I was normally a THF). I Slowly trudged my way thru the rest of the mobs trying to get to the next shrine. It was painfully slow. Sure, I paralyzed almost everything in sight, but Longswords just do awful damage. Took me forever to get to that shrine, but I made it with 5 Soul stones in my backpack. We ended up completing the quest.

It was a greatly satisfying accomplishment, since I literally carried this group on my back.

Not on a level 7 fighter, you didn't. I call lies. The ML on Paralyzing is 10, drops to 8 if it is Race Restricted. Get your story straight pls.

Don't the weird BtA end rewards from Red Fens, Delera's and the like also have lowered ML's?

I know I saw a +3 Heavy Repeater, no RR, that was ML 2 from Delera's.

yeah, but the delera end rewards (all, not only the named) are bound and thus have a lower ml. i think the red fens non named items are not bound...
