Nicely done, i'd like a breakdown of how you did it and a break down of your hps over 1k looks tasteh

Too lazy for breakdown atm.

It's pure lvl 20 horc barb with all str enhancements and orcish fury III.
I drinked yugo pots, house d pots,s DDO store pot, ate hezrou cookie, warforged cookie and also used scourge choker.

Im missing 2 str from +4 tome since i ate only +2 and 1str from +7 item for max str i think.

If you just want the STR for the screenie, I think the Madstone Crater quest can give you a third Madstone still for +2 more on top. Ofc that only works in there in a now mostly obsolete quest, but still

You get the third madstone randomly, preventing you from casting. If you don't know when it's coming you can't time your buffs properly and will end up with a much lower max str.

Impossible, there's no rats in that quest.
