Default Can't log in, error when trying to access "gls-auth.ddo.com/GLS.AuthServer/Service...

I am getting this error for quite a while. it seems that "gls-auth.ddo.com/GLS.AuthServer/Service.asmx" is refusing to connect for me, this is strange, since it only started to happen on update 7.

System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: Unable to connect to the remote server. ---> System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.

this is the report given by the client.

I do not believe it has something to do with my firewall because even with it deactivated, this still happens.
and yes, I tried reinstalling the game, albeit with no avail...
    can anyone help me?
Is there anything I can do about this?

apparently... there is a spam group called "barracuda reputations", that blocks IPs, behind what's happening to me. does this means that my IP is banned?
If so, for what reason?I've done nothing wrong!
It is strange , since it only happens to DDO, I can still play numerous online games such as NWN2 and Battlefield 2, as well as Left 4 Dead.
I don't want to stop playing, there must be something I can do, right?
I want to finish my "OB-pretty tampon" character build- a repeating crossbow based mechanic with a full int score (drow starting int = 20, dex 16, 12 con;wf 18 int dex 15 , con 16, str 10(requires more tomes) ) (rogue 13, monk 1 , fighter 6 mechanic), as well as to start building "Menstrual cup"-a bloodier variation of the pretty tampon with slightly lower int, but with TWF( rogue 13, ranger 6, fighter 1)"

I so want to check out the new spell resistance feature on drow as well, it makes drow more worthwhile, and frees up the need for will saves, as well as liberating some APs (I am, personally, a fan of spell resistance), which can be spent on things such as fighting mastery (for cups) and mechanic dog summons.

    .
If you believe your IP address is part of their spam blocking you'll need to speak to Barracuda support:
    http://barracuda.com/ns/support/

However for the error message you have posted I would check that you are not using a proxy server or blocking/filtering security programs locally and IE security settings are at default.

    If you open the Knowledgebase:
    http://support.turbine.com/ics/suppo...p?deptID=24001

    then this article:
    http://support.turbine.com/ics/suppo...questionID=363

You'll see it talks about firewall configuration so make sure you have removed and re-added the DDO files.
