the energy cells you can buy in the shroud. Smalls are charged but the medium and high you will have to charge by combining them with an appropriate lvl item that is destroyed to charge the cell.
Hope this will save you from being taken by someone offering all your cells for the tome.

No but after completion there are 4 portals that take you to the various parts of the Shroud so that you can get what you need and then craft after the quest is complete.

Hiya
to get the post down just edit and erase what you wrote and type Trades done. or similar. or make a new post in the thread with like wise trade done. the post will then go out of date at some time. and you dont have to worry about it anymore..
or you can just edit the tread to what you are looking for now.
just a lil note as i saw the trade post
