I know that I have paid to reincarnate (LR not TR) and would have gladly paid more for a DDO Store single use item that recorded the position and content of my shortcut bars and weapon sets. Maybe it could create a new item in the inventory (scroll?) so that all I had to do was double click that item after the reincarnate rather than spending a couple of hours getting it all straight again.

I think this is well within the 'pay for convenience' mentality of much of the DDO store content. I also don't see it as a terrible amount of hassle since the game obviously has some means of storing and recalling that data every time you login. All this would do is backup those settings.
