house k crashes my internet con

it happens randomly but wenever i enter house k either from market/house k hub or i tele to bank and exit or if i enter armor brokers and exit as well , my internet connection crash completely and i have to reset my pc to be able to use internet again, this happen in house k only .

Your interenet crashes? Or the game crashes? There's a 'known' bug to where if you zone into an area you may crash the client/game. If it's your internet that's crashing you'll see a message in DDO - something to the effect that "lost connection to chat client" and then the game will stop responding - IE: You can try to jump or move and it won't do anything. If it's the game, and you have an older system, then that could be part of your problems.

LIke i said when i zone to house k only not any other zone in the game and only by either market hub or bank or brokers ( not teleporter) since when it finish load from thoses areas the character seem to slighttly being drop in the zone, i get stuck in the start zone till i get DC and my internet conection gets locked up i cannot either enter game again or use internet xplorer, i cannot even disconect me from the web, i have to reset my pc to release my internet con and this happens in house k only not any other zone.

Game corruption of this nature normally requires a re-install to correct the issue az4a3l.
