    Hi, interesting build.

Are you sure that the 2 feats you've invested into whirling steel strike is going to actually increase your DPS compared to just using handwraps?

    Your feats:
TWF, ITWF, GTWF, WF:S, WSS, Toughness, Empower, Extend, IC:S

No Quicken Spell, you won't be able to get a heal off to heal yourself, nor will you be able to heal during a raid. Strength based divine builds I'm sure can solo quite effectively at mid level and some high level content as well but I have heard it repeatedly from people with capped wisdom based hybrids and strength based solo builds that the wisdom based builds will be the ones that can solo hard/elite amrath quests the best.

WSS lets you be in monk stance while wielding longswords but with only 2 levels of monk what will that get you? A low DPS weapon, +1.4 damage for the +2 strength, 25% healing amp with Jidz-tetka and Ki to use level 2 strikes and finishers. 2 feats for ... nothing. Handwraps (+6 to attack, 100% offhand strength damage, up to 10% faster attack speed) or Scimitars (higher critical threat range) will likely have more DPS than this build without spending the 2 feats.

There is perhaps an argument to use it if you went to 3 monk to get more healing amp, the healing Ki and finishers as you would be able to replenish your HP that way, a good solo/survivalist build but still low DPS and not a very good healer.

I almost rolled up an undying court monk 2 / FvS 18 build yesterday, well I did, then decided it wasn't for me. The increased critical threat profile and the elven enhancements + FvS enhancements make this probably the highest DPS FvS build using FvS weapons I guess barring a WF w/ SoS. Half-elf is an option too and sacrifices the elven weapon enhancement damage for increased survivability (and deviates from eberron cannon).

    Actually,

The DPS is not low. If you read over the enhancements and feats you would have noticed that the build gets all the sovereign host feats both plus to hits and plus to damage. While I agree I wish it was a kopesh build. I think the extra 2 str, ki regen, and Jidz benefits are worth it. Add in to this build the charged gauntlets and probably a venom pairing for the con damage on crits.

Please remember, monk handwraps with 2 levels of monk are 1d6 base. If I had 12 levels of monk I would agree with you about handwraps vs longswords. Lets be honest here. GS still rules. 2 GS longswords are going to significantly outdamage a pair of handwraps with a base die of 1d6.

As far as your quicken remark goes. I could always give up Greater 2 Weapon fighting for Quicken. But I'll try the build without it first.

What this build creates is a character that can give good dps, good healing, and solo almost anything "aside of raid content". Obviously you could increase con to 14 if this was a 36 pt build.
