I subbed with the 3-month for 9.99/mo option, couldnt sub on the website, called Turbine CSR, they signed me up, and I play. The next day, my account is Premium instead of VIP, I call back, the same CSR tells me where was a problem in their system, and its fixed, im a VIP again.
Last Wednesday, I checked my bank statement, I see a $54+ charge on the day I made the second phone call. Emailed customer support, I've heard no response.
I'm gonna give it till Jan 7th, then if I havent heard back from Turbine, and it's not settled, I'm gonna call my bank and have them reverse the charge, then i'm gonna call Turbine and give them hell.
I've been a customer too long in too many of your games to be ignored, and yes, I know it's a holiday season, but they're still working.
