Paypal and chk-8002 issue

I have been trying to buy some TP through my paypal for the past 2 days and the error chk-8002 shows up.
My paypal is verified, i know this because i have bought TP in the past for 3 of my game accounts.
This time is for my new game account.Is there a limit to the game accounts i can link to a paypal account?
Do i have to use a new paypal account and a new credit card each time i start a new game account?
Im not a vip and i have used my paypal account in the ddo store in 3 of my game accounts so far....why cant i use it anymore?

There are limits to how many Turbine subscriptions you can use with a single PayPal account, and limits to how much you can spend daily. You may be running in to a check for either of these. Wait a day after buying anything on any subscription, and then try to add the PayPal account to the additional Turbine subscription you want to use it on. If it doesn't work, you've probably hit the limit for subscriptions on that PayPal account.
