[err: 30005] but husband logs in fine on same card

I keep getting a error 30005. My bank says that it is not their side that it is Turbine's side. My husbands account works find with same card. Matter of fact this is the card I was using on the account last time it was active.

Something needs to be fixed on Turbine's side of things. There is no reason why my account (That I beta'd Might I add)has this error. Esp since husbands works fine.

I really would like to play again. But if this is not fixed soon. My husband and I will go to another online company and play.

Please someone get intouch with me and fix this (Private message is fine). I am not playing a limited free char that I have to use points on to play in the same zone with my husband. I am not paying for points to play..
