WF DPS FS/Barb 18/2

I have a new WF FS that I just rolled to level 4. I am considering putting in 2 levels of Barb to enhance the DPS output of the toon. I know most players like to add Rogue for Evasion or Monk for the feat etc. I have Lord of the Blades for Greatswords and Maxed STR and CON.

I am aginst adding Rogue for the following reasons.

1. My Dex is not high enough to make the saves that evasion needs.
2. I want DPS, not traps and locks.
3. Its been done.

I am against Monk because.

1. What good is a Monk without good finishing moves?
2. Lord of the blades does not help being centered.
3. What does a level 2 monk give to DPS?

I am thinking that inherent Rage, Extra Rage, Extend Rage, Barb Con 1, and Barb PA would fit my toon better. Am I way off base here? Would Fighter 2 be better?

You can't cast spells while using barbarian rage.

Stay pure. I can't think of what a 2 splash would give you at all that'd be better.

Yes.

Ftr Haste Boost I, Ftr Str I (enhancement), two bonus feats would be a nice boost in DPS. Going Bbn and raging takes away the single most powerful ability of a melee-divine caster...to heal yourself and others while fighting.

By splashing as a FvS you are losing 10 DR.
Ten. Ten damage reduction.
For some, the additional feats, evasion and +1 DC granted by a 2 monk splash are worth that ten DR.
For most they are not, especially considering the warforged potential to reach 13/15.
There is nothing any splash can grant to a melee un-centered favored soul that is ever likely to outdo ten DR.

Might be worth figuring out what feats you want to have , the spell metas will be highly dependant on how you intend to play .
If your plans indicate you need more feats then you can splash monk or fighter for the two extra feats

So far I have heard some good advice. I never knew that I would not be able to cast while Raged. Never had a toon where that would come into play. I looked at the FS "cap stone" and was not impressed. Then I saw the DR10. Very impressive. I am thinking that WF FS 20 is the best way to go. Thank you everyone.
