Delera's

Anyone else run into the 4th house completion for Delera's even if it wasn't a share ?

Every character I've had except the very first one has had this issue and I've had to go back and complete it again in order to get the end quest reward... not that I'm really complaining... love the extra xp and loot, however if Delera's is bugged like this, are the higher level quests also ?

I've heard of it, but I have never had this issue, run about 10 toons through there. I don't even know what causes the issue to be honest.

I may be mis-reading what you wrote, but I think the problem occurs is that when people go back to the part 3 crypt (after part three when you are finished talking to hargo and bluffing him/paying him in order to advance for part 4 thrall of the necromancer), sometimes because others in the group went in and advanced the quest, it will say completed when you go in. Make sure you go into the quest, talk to delera, and move far enough into the quest, usually just beyond her for it to advance. Some folks just talk to her and it doesn't fully advance, or they just assume if it says completed, they do not have to do anything as others in the party have for them.

Gotcha, I've followed all the instructions several times, not quite sure what the conflict is, but I do know on 5 toons I've only completed it twice, and ran with groups at least 12 times.. lolzzz

No biggie as I said I like the xp and the loot, just completing the end quest is a pain when it says "finished" and it's not, I'd too say either it's a "group" somebody screwed up bug, or just a bug... the former I'd say over the latter

4. Talk to Silver Flame Guy inside Graveyard, get Part 2 and the silver flame cudgel.
5. Complete part 2.

9. Talk to Derek
10. Talk to Whatizname in the graveyard, the dude you have to diplo or bribe.
11. Talk to him again and diplo or bribe him.
12. Walk into the door of part 3, and TALK TO DELERA (just being inside when the quest completes is not enough, YOU MUST TALK TO HER YOURSELF)
13. Complete part 4.
14. Walk into door of part 3 and talk to Delera. Collect end reward.

10. Talk to Whatizname in the graveyard, the dude you have to diplo or bribe.

12. Walk into the door of part 3, WALK PAST AND BEHIND DELERA until you hear the quest chime, and THEN TALK TO DELERA (just being inside when the quest completes is not enough, YOU MUST TALK TO HER YOURSELF)
14. Walk into door of part 3, WALK PAST AND BEHIND DELERA until you hear the quest chime, and talk to Delera. Collect end reward.

The remaining instructions are correct and should avoid the glitch in all cases. After learning that "walk past" bit I've never had a problem since.

Do what Spence said..you need to walk near, preferably behind Delera for completion.

No need to go behind her, just getting up in her face is good enough. I almost failed this for the first time after something like 6 or 7 completions because I walked up just enough to talk to her but not enough to complete the quest.
