    Default Game Client Crashes!!!

    I've been experiencing computer crashes nearly every time I play the game. It's not just the client crashing, but the computer crashes and restarts. The crash usually occurs while in a dungeon instance. Please Help!!!

    This sounds like a system halt, which Windows will perform due to a number of factors.

    As we only have your diplay details, please remove your current display driver package and then install the latest driver-only file at the top of this page:

    To exclude other drivers, after performing the above please post a full dxdiag using these instructions:

    You can inspect the system and application logs at the time a crash occurs to see if there are any STOP error code messages:

    or disable automatic restart so it would stay on screen (if it is a BSOD):
