They sell 2 kinds. 1 for points and 1 for monthly VIP subscription but Game stop doesn't know the difference.

I've bought 3 from gamestop. zero issues. Where did you get yours from? Did they properly activate the cards?

I got them at Game Stop. I paid for VIP with credit card before and when I go to change billing at this website and click the game card option it says the code (for both cards) is invalid. It's been a week and Turbine won't even mrespond.

Emails (as it sounds like the medium you used to contact Support) to Account Support take 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to get turned around... Call Support for help with your issue.
