Default Devils of Shavarath Prestige Items

    Specifically, the Warpriest Set...

Do you have to have 18 levels of cleric to get the prestige bonus from the set? DDOWiki seems to indicate on only some of the items this is the case.

Any help would be appreciated - my 20 will only have 17 Cleric levels is why I ask.

some prestige enhancements have a third tier (or the equivalent, in the case of archmage for example). others do not (in fact, some others don't even have a first tier yet)

for those prestige enhancements which have a third tier, the appropriate shavarath sets grant an extra bonus to characters with that prestige enhancement. for the ones that don't have a third tier, the bonus for having the third tier of the PrE does not yet exist.

So, with "Morgana's Belt" for example, I would not recieve the set bonus for wearing both with a 17 Cleric, 3 Monk if I do not posess the 3rd tier of prestige for cleric which does not exist?

You'd still get the regular set bonus. If they ever add third tier of the warpriest (or even the first ) prestige enhancement line and updated the ToD set respectively to say for example "In addition, if you possess warpriest III enhancement, you will get foobar", then you wouldn't be able to get this additional bonus, but you still get the exceptional bonus to hit and extra TUs.

The tempest set is a good example of this. it states that if wearing both the neck and the ring, you get 1d4 slicing damage on your melee attacks. if you also have the tempest 3 enhancement, you get an additional +3 to hit.

so, if you are anything except a tempest 3 ranger, wearing this set you will get 1d4 slicing damage but will not get the +3 to hit unless you also have the tempest 3 PrE.

Warpriest works as per the description for any cleric. +4 to hit and +2 turn undeads. I use it currently on my Rad2 Cleric.

What I would like to know is if the tempest slicing damage stacks with other types of slicing damage. Like a Min II blade or even ravager that is kind of a 'larger' type of bleed damage.

the Tempest slicing and MinII slicing do not stack, so on an attack with your MinII you will only get 1d4 slicing damage, but if you don't have a MinII in your other hand, you will still get the 1d4 slicing damage from the Tempest set.
