Aim for +4/5 greater banes, bursted if they're for elementals, giants, monstrous humanoids, etc. In my experience, the sound of mabar wraps crackling (on non-undead) is an indicator of a newb monk who hasn't got all his toys yet.

No. Apparently that's beyond the developer's capabilities.

I'm sure it'll be available in the store soon enough.

For leveling up: I added Icy Burst to +2 wraps of Seeker +10, Stunning +2.

Level 14 required so I haven't used them yet, but I'm imagining rediculous stunning-critical hit damage against monsters without DR.

Force Burst of Pure Good + Icy Burst is my devil-DR breaker or used against stun-immunes like elementals.

If I am attacking very high AC monsters I use +5 wraps of Shock, Stunning +2, Icy Burst, guild augment crystal (another +3 to hit or +1d3 element damage)

I have the level 12 mabar wraps. I assumed they wouldn't be as useful against non-undead.

I realize this thread is about the level 20 wraps. Do you get the ToD ring damage added to the epic mabar damage ?

Bursting rings add their damage to the mabar wraps. The mabar wraps are a fine choice for a shintao monk who can naturally overcome dr.

Icy burst sounds nice on paper but in practice doesn't apply to a lot of the situations you'd use bane weapons.
Icy burst is nice for twick gear for lower levels where more things are effected by icy burst, they make good weapon upgrades for using on tr's before you can use your greensteel and other higher level stuff.

I find it humorous that I got neg rep for posting this, when I've advocated adding an option to save the combat log to a text file for later processing for more than a year. The developers refuse to pick such low hanging fruit.

meh. people give rep for the silliest of reasons. for example, i personally have received neg rep for: http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php...75#post3496475 (expressing a preference for petrifying staff of shadow)

and have received positive rep for: http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php...66#post3485966 (mentioning that my repeater crossbow has been losing shots lately)

so far as i can tell, some people must be randomly going through the posts, and choosing people to neg/pos rep for no apparent reason.
