Anyone who has played DDO for any lenght of time realizes if wf/h-Orc/h-Elf are valued at 1000 tp, than Halflings would be a steal for players at 2000 tp........being the master race and all.

Also I think rouges should be premium class for 1000TP, and stealing additional 500TP/month.
