Ok i want to make a sorc or a wizard Warforge but i dont get this Tr thing and past life and is there also anything else important i need to know before doing this character?

I see a lot of WF wizards, mostly cause they will melee and cast and since you're WF I think they get certain abilities to be better able to be a melee caster. You'd need to ask someone with more experience on the WF race itself.
TR is really only something to consider once you get to level 20 or really close to it.
Suggestion would be to consider what kind of caster you like and how you want to play them. Wizards can learn every spell and change spells at every shrine or tavern available. Sorcs cast faster and have more spell points, but are limited in the amount of spells they can "learn."

WF Wizards are popular because you can self heal. that also lends itself to the melee caster role but even non melee wizzies need heals.

Past Life is a feat you can choose when you True Resurrect. the past life feat gives different abilities based on what the dominant class was before you TRd. to True Resurrect (TR) you must take a character all the way to level 20 first.
