TR a Drow to halfling

hi

i have 32 point builds unlocked, so if i TR my Drow rogue to a halfling will he get 32 points or 34?

Just FYI, even if you DIDN'T have 32 pt unlocked or bought, you're TR toon will be 34 pt build. Only exception of course would be that if you TR a 32 pt build into a Drow, you would only get 30pts to spend as that is normal 1st TR progression for a drow.

If you TR from drow to halfling the build will be 34 points.

If you TR from halfling to drow the build will be 30 points.

In fact, if you TR from drow to anything but drow the build will be 34 points and if you TR from anything to drow the build will be 30 points.

That is, for your first TR.

Second and later TRs are 36 and 32 points.

At least that's what they keep telling me.
