Talking The half-orc's graphics and sounds as a whole critique Thread.

First let me just state this is my opinion and is based on what I have done in the game and have observed while playing. Yes this thread is about vanity, but I think it is warranted.

Also let me say that I respect the Dwarven culture and its combat forms and graphics. The reason I state I respect the Dwarf's will be seen once you, the reader, continue to read this thread. I do not hate the Dwarven class.

    1. The waste line of a Half-orc is the same as a Dwarf. It is too small. Half-orcs look CARTOONISH with such a small waste. It is obvious that the Half-orc was modeled after the Dwarf Graphics, but just made bigger. I just wanted that to be in the open as this thread continues. Sorry if I am embarassing anyone who is responsible for the graphics of a Half-orc, but it is obvious the Dwarf stature was copied, just made bigger.

    2. Half-orcs run like a Dwarf for a few seconds after swinging a weapon. This IMO should be unique to the Half-orc and not copied. Half-orcs should have their own combat running graphic and not side to side like a Dwarf's. Dwarf'
s look cool doing this, but IMO a Half-orc looks like their upper bodies are so huge that their tiny wastes comprise the running ability of someone with such high Strength and cannot run unless they strain themselves to run side to side. It is my opinion that the waste of Half-orc be a bit bigger and can handle the huge upper body of their race.

    3. When a Half-orc rages it is the same sound affect as a Barbarins Dwarf's. Again I would like to here a unique sound for the Half-orc.

    4. When doing Supreme cleave the, "th weapon", no matter what it is, is not at 180 degrees when swung, but it is at a slight 30 degree angle pointing upwards. This IMO looks silly. If I put on a shield my weapon goes straight out or 180 degrees, like it should. 180 degrees meaning a straight line and not a tilted 30 degree angled weapon pointing upward. So yes I have tested this.

    5. Reserved.

    6. Reserved.

I put 5 and 6 up for future posts if I think about anything else, but for right now I will leave it at this.

Please feel free to add anything other than the lfm graphic ( or icon) that Half-orc's look like girls even if male. This topic is already in other threads. Yes I think a Half-orc male should have a different icon in the lfm.

And that Half-orcs have no laugh, the dev team knows this already. Also they know about the last swing with great axes and mauls does not show, but the damage and hit or miss does.

In most games Half-orcs have a lore. They are big and green. Sorry but the lore is already their. If you ever make a game feel free to do this, but I think you will have no one that likes to play as one.
