Anyone else get buggy stuff from the Lottery?

Bunch of my characters won the holiday lottery (the one with the midnight blue and bunch of exp pots/loot gems), then before I could collect their stuff, they also won the second one (wine hair dye, rez cake, more coins), which ended up being getting neither in the mail.
So, win once, get stuff, win twice, get nothing?
Actually, now that one of my other characters has been checked, he's only won the second time, yet received nothing, so I'm out of ideas as to the cause.

"They took Christmas away... Came downstairs for the shiny presents. They took the tree and the stockings. Nothing left but coal... Don't look in the closet, either. It's greedy. It's not in the spirit of the holiday."

Sorry to hear that. I have won those lotteries on a few toons on different servers and don't recall having a problem. Hopefully it is an isolated issue.
