Ok, so the question is, does the DPS from the half-elf Dille, offset being a Half-Orc... now keep in mind, the AP costs and the sacrifices you would have to make as a dark-elf to be able to take those enhancements...

definitly. horc is more overall dps but half elf is way way cheaper, for a situational win.

Cheaper in what way? I play as a VIP so buying the class doesn't mean squat. I'm just wondering as far as AP costs go, if you could actually fit the half-elf rogue dily's into a monk build... blah ohwell...

Anyone can crunch the numbers and tell me which 1 is better half elf or halfling, talking about a dark monk of course.

better at what? sneak attack damage?

halfling gets +4 to hit and +8 worth of damage at a cost of 20 AP. half-elf gets +3d6 which averages out to 10.5 damage at a cost of 6 AP.

if that's all you care about, my advice is to go half-elf, unless you're positively swimming in APs and have a desperate need to increase your to-hit bonus. (hopefully, this isn't the case for your monk).

also, i personally like healing amp quite a bit, but that's mostly something to take if you're going light path imo (dark path doesn't get as much benefit without the healing curse and light:light:light finisher, though obviously healing amp can still help even a dark path monk)
