But I agree. It shouldn't be friendly fire. It's fun to do with friends, but t just screams grieving

If you take away one grief method then people will just have to get more inventive ...

Really though, I've never been in a raid group in which someone has RQ'd because while waiting a long time for everyone to get in I've dropped a grease to watch every one slip and slide around.

It's about appropriateness, if there is time to kill, no danger and if it is not repeated then dropping a grease is perfectly ok (imo) and importantly teaches new players the circumstances under which it is ok to grief (time to kill, no danger and not repeated).

I've seen more people drop group from mass camo than grease. Do you want to change that too? Do you want everyone to become so sensitive that if you accidentally rage them without first checking that it's ok that they drop group?

I think everyone needs to toughen up, appreciate a joke and carry a grease clicky around with you for some sweet, sweet revenge.

Grease taught me the meaning of having at least a half decent balance skill and/or the right gear on hand for slippery situations. If I can be knocked down with grease, what chance do I have against trip, or worse, improved trip? My main toon is better off for that lesson in his second life.

Grease clickies are great for solo runs.... great to agro a big mob and as they run to you foooooowap ! grease lightning lol watch them fall and start chopping them down.

Extra fun when you can do that then blast it with fireball clicky
