I am stationed in South Korea and recently got back into the game. I tried to update my credit card to get VIP services back but the system wouldnt take my new credit card. I tried calling the customer service number but when i press 2 for DDO it kept saying invalid response. I tried contacting a cust rep in-game, but if you arent a premimum member you dont get the option to open a new ticket. I tried submitting email help requests on the turbine online help screen and after 2 weeks havent gotten a single response.
This has been very fustrating for me
