    Default Update Credit Card?

    Hello

    I am stationed in South Korea and recently got back into the game. I tried to update my credit card to get VIP services back but the system wouldnt take my new credit card. I tried calling the customer service number but when i press 2 for DDO it kept saying invalid response. I tried contacting a cust rep in-game, but if you arent a premimum member you dont get the option to open a new ticket. I tried submitting email help requests on the turbine online help screen and after 2 weeks havent gotten a single response.

    This has been very fustrating for me

    I cant get past the inital call center. When i press 2 the recording says invalid selection. I sent 3 customer service requests within the past 2 weeks with no reply. There is no open new ticket option on the f2p accounts. My account was a premium account. I just moved to South Korea and your system wont let me use a credit card that i am using for 5 other morpgs to register for this game. I tried 3 other credit cards that are for multinational use and i still cant clear your system. I have asked on khyber on the advice channel several times for a gm/service rep to help for 2 weeks and no response so far.

    Haquiem, as daVoyd has stated, we cannot assist with the issue affecting you on the forums.

    Since your inquiry was not related to GTCs I've moved both posts to a new thread. That sticky is just for GTC issues.


    Please be sure you are calling during open hours. They will actually be closing early today.

    If that doesn't work, you can PM me for fax details, or respond to your web inquiry to ask for them (my beholder buddy has confirmed that you did receive an email from support, and responded.)

    I am still waiting from your beholder buddyto contact me back concenring my account. Your phone system isnt working for me since there is an echo when calling from overseas to overseas, it cant recognize the tone. There isnt an international fax machine where I am located.

    All I need is a direct number to a customer service rep.

    I have never had this many problems getting a subscription to a mmorg, even EVE was easier than this.

    I'm sorry, we don't have any direct lines for any reps, but I'm sure that we'll be able to assist you.

    You should be hearing back soon. We've had some delays recently due to high volume and the holidays.
