Intim/stunner TR build request

What I want most from this character is excellent utility in epics and raids. My order of priority is:

intim 75 or higher
stun 41 or higher
good hps (600+) or moderate hps (550 min) with good AC
dps (although this is listed last, it has a direct impact on how fun this guy will be to play, so its pretty important)

The character I am TRing (1st TR) is currently a sub-optimal mutt: dwarf 11 fgt/6 rgr/3 paly with Tempest and Stalwart I(he was made back when the cap was level 16). He is a TWF-khopesh, heavy armor build. I'd like the new build to incorporate those aspects so I don't have to recraft all my greensteel and DT, but it is not mandatory. For instance, if I will get much beter dps by going THF I will do that. I'm fine with pure or multiclass, and any race. The only concerns are that he hit as many of the above priorities as possible and be fun to play. Self healing is a plus to make leveling easier, but it isn't required.

DoS II and Stalwart I?

I figure you should be able to crank out some nice AC, have plenty of HP/Intim, and keep your 2WF chain with khopesh.

* Intimitank (can reach 80 intimidate with bardic music, so nofail on all content, plus half-elf intimidate)
* Hate tank (+100% threat with divine righteousness, +20% threat with red fens set = 240% aggro)
* HP (550+ unbuffed, can reach 700)
* Blocking DR (37/- while turtling)
* Passive DR (4/-)
* Paladin Saves (around +40)
* Evasion (monk 2)
* DPS (dual wield khopesh, kensai II, power surge, haste boost IV, divine might I, divine favor)
* Stun (DC 40-45 on a dual wielder, so mobs typically need to check twice)
* Healing Amplification (165% in DPS mode, 218% in BLOCK mode)
* Emergency Self Heal (2 lay on hands with healing amplification for 348 hp each)
* UMD (33-39)
