Hi guys, I'm posting here the final build for Zamithra, my tank from server Cannith.
I hope you enjoy it and give me advices to improve it.
I made intimitanks during my previous lifes:
18 paladin (DoS) 1 fighter 1 rogue where I learned that sword and board contributes so few to dps that I needed to build a more aggressive tank.
18 fighter (StD) 2 paladin where I learned that even higher AC than before doesn't matter in epic, the one important stat while tanking is damage reduction and high healing amplification, as you're going to be hit with no regard to your AC.
Meanwhile I started to love my evasion toons, evasion really increases one's survivability, but needs very high saving throws to work reliably in epic content.
Assumed that AC doesn't need to be high for epic content, I wondered how to make a toon that could provide high values for every other important aspect of a tank: Damage Reduction, Intimidate, Hate Generation, Hit Points, Healing Amplification, DPS.
Especially DPS, since I see too often tanks that go sword & board and provide little contribution to DPS, a waste of a spot where a half orc barbarian hate tank would have been more useful.
During my last life as a StD, I noticed that DPS could have been increased a lot if I went Kensai, at the expense of AC (which doesn't really matter in endgame), DR (problem to be taken care of), HP (half of which are regained via rage spell) and Intimidate (math will demonstrate that it will be enough anyway).

I put many +4 tomes to be uses at 20th level (since this will be my last life), but the build actually only specifically needs a +3 dex tome to grab 2wf feats by 12th level. With a +4 INT tome, I might lesser reincarnate to grab those 5 extra skill points to put in jump (1 at level 16, class skill for fighter level) and balance (2 cross class at 17+, cross class skill for paladin).
A more starter friendly 32 point / no +3 tomes build would start with 16 str and 15 dex instead, but will still need to purchase +2 tomes. Tanks ARE expensive. In addition, the lack of a fighter past life means you'll need Bullheaded and/or put some more points into Improved Intimidate and/or swap way of the patient tortoise with way of the tenacious badger. I'll temporary put some ranks there myself until I get the Epic Gloves of the Claw in order to be able to tank Elite HoX nofail with a bard in party.
