12 classes raid - with summons! 10am Friday EST

Got 30mins to spare from madly TRing and gearing up for the expansion which is almost here?

Let's welcome the 13th class, our new (furry) friends, the druids, by a fast and simple shroud with one icon of each class.

And in recognition of the emphasis on pets and summons, that our new (furry) friends are going to bring to the game, let's all bring a summons! Having done the Lam thing with 6 of us in form in Waterworks, each of us with both a pet and a summons out, that's an impressive amount of fur! Let's bring something of that to this.

Yes part 1 lag may lag a little more.

Yes part 2 has the potential to be a bit madder than usual

Yes part 3 means you probably won't get your waterchests - but hey you can always claim the pet broke the cystal and not you (cos you always secretly wanted to but had to follow along). I will give out medium ing if this is seriously an issue for you.


If anyone has an epic wolf whistle I would love you to come along. Epic wolf whistles are so rare and amazing that there is a good chance some haven't seen this guy in action. (And I would like to see one again - before it gets nerfed...)


A couple of guildies have offered to swap around to help fill on the 'rarer' classes if needed. I can bring some cookies and scrolls if for some reason you have a problem finding a summons...

Just quietly in guild sometimes. Doing the Clay thing. Although at a much less über level. :P it's been excellent to get some perspective and learn stuff.

Yeah I wish you could come too ... You inspired me ages ago when you threaded a 12 icon raid... and now is pretty much the last times for an 'every single class raid'...

Well thank you those who came (incl one poor little fighter who we nabbled from their solitary lfm ). For some strange reason barbarians were very unpopular this evening (cough), and our cleric DCed... so I ended up just dualing. But the uber contained with this 'balanced' party made it fairly straight forward: fast portals, speedy part 2, part 3 breaking crystals (no pretence here - we just broke them ), part 4 smackdown, part 5 just jump in there and kill everything! (We even killed Arry *standing* on the altar!). I look forward to druids and the multiple summons and pets there will be the potential for in shrouds in the future! May chaos ensue!

The changes to summons I posted only seem to effect epic modes, not heroics.

And you won't bother with it in heroic content so that's a shame. I saw that summons go at Lailat. And in the end of Small Problem. A lot of fun.

He is also CR44 on EE now, so thats kinda nice. Just worst in EN/EH.

Thinking its due to the CR scaling they implemented, as a "quick-fix" to get the modes done without a lot of manual labor punching in values. May not be intended.
