Default I would like to see Hireling Spell caster changes

Having run with more than a few hireling clerics who seem to have a drinking problem, I would like to see a change in their pot usage. Having been annoyed when the hireling with 80% of his SP downs a pot while standing at a use or loose shrine, just to have them run out of juice on the final fight, It's frustrating.

I suggest turning the auto-drink of a pot down to less than 15% SP, and put the pots available in the toolbar. this way I meter out how much pots they use, and they have enough SP for the end fights (or at least I know they are out)...

The not knowing can be difficult at times
(Say): Haywire says, '"Hey, I don't come into yer home and play with things."'

Honestly a bigger improvement would be giving all hirelings a "follow" distance option of short, medium, and long. Nothing more irksome than having a caster hireling run into the melee to stand next to you and eat a half dozen cleaves and then go down. That or making it default behavior that the casters keep a bit further back so as not to be in immediate melee with their owner would make them generally more useful.

A useful side benefit of this is by staying farther back they get hit less often, thus heal themselves less often, and have a longer duration of keeping a blue bar intact.
