stuck at getting data centers

I have been playing ddo for years with out issue. Last night I got lag, lost connection and went to log in again. Got stuck at getting data centers... then after 10 minutes let me in. This morning same thing but not correcting. I have rebooted, rebooted verizon, done a couple other little things and nothing. I cannot figure out what changed.
