What's on your Christmas plate?

Ok so my family does this thing where instead of doing a dirty santa with gifts, we use desserts

So for my dessert I made an apple, pear, and cranberry crisp.



So I was wondering, what awesome thing are you having as a fun or traditional Christmas food?

Christmas Morning Strata (sausage, bacon, cheese, mushrooms, eggs and bread all baked together into a warm casserole).

Every year that I've had a home (which wasn't always - not having a family makes it tough to always have a place to go home to no matter what happens), I make Wassail on Christmas Eve. When I had a family we'd go caroling, it was lovely to come home to the scent of apple cider and spices. I've been too sick to go caroling but I will make Wassail again this year.
