    Arrow Fix Major Renown Issue!

If your inventory slots are full and you're in a quest walking around killing mobs you'll receive numerous messages saying your "Failed action: Your inventory is full" or something like that.

I wasn't even picking up renown from a chest, if your inventory slots are full it jips you from your auto-renown-gathering from mobs and stuff!

Leave at least one free inventory slot?

In any event the renoun you get from random kills (which seems to be what you are talking about) are only the very minor amounts anyway, no big loss.

It all adds up and it's a poor method to allocate auto-renown if it means having a full inventory gives you nothing.

    It still needs changed.

I don't disagree that it was a poor design choice, but it probably was the "easy" way to code it. It however is not even close to a major renown issue. There are many many many many more serious bugs in the game for them to deal with.

    1) Drag scroll of Inflict Light Wounds from inventory
    2) Confirm you wish to destroy it
    3) Profit!!

Seriously, are you telling me everything in your inventory is a must have? Just pick something you are not attached to and ditch it. Problem solved.
A friend will bail you out of jail.
A mate will be sitting in there beside you saying "**** that was awsome!!!"

There are mobs in the lobster now? How did you fill your inventory in the lobster anyway? Sell some junk to the barkeep - he's right there at the bar

I think it was in the latest release notes that a full INV would still let you grab renown etc - so not working?

this was because of their turbo-fast and sloppy alteration from when renown was dropped in a pretty purple bag that you had to go get. They just copied and pasted some auto kill-to-inventory code from some boss battle somewhere and called it a day. I too think it should be modified to not be an invisible item. btw if you leave 1 spot open and watch really carefully, the renown item itself shows up in your inventory for a few frames.

And if lag is on your side (or not depending upon your viewpoint) it will stay in your inventory. See picture posted earlier in this thread for proof.

Huh, I just get that little 'backpack overflow' icon for a split second. I still get the renown.

This is a bug then if the renown is not being given. I will report this as a bug, and I suggest everyone do the same.
The list of changes does specifically mention a fix, but since it is not working fully, we should wait for answers and a solution.
