Game not starting

Here is what I think is a new one :

DDO is not starting, on one of my computers, anymore.
Before update 8 it was starting fine, but as it's my secondary PC, I didn't notice the problem earlier.
( according to my investigations : last known use of that PC to play DDO 1st November )
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game but it didn't change anything.

The PC is a laptop running Windows Vista Pro, with UAC turned off and the account I'm using having full admin rights on the PC ( but not on the AD domain ).

It used to work fine, but now I have that nice message :



Beside the obvious windows updates and such nothing changed on the PC... that I'm aware of.
