4 man TempestSpine war story.

CHAPTER 1. The PUG.

I just finished up with some walk ups in GiantHold when I see a elite tempest spine loot group. I thought what the heck there are high levels I bet I could pike a bit, grab a little loot, you know.

I join the group, I see one of my friends (if you will) a level 15 AA. We are 9, without healers. Over half of us want to run it as is but some decided to leave. The group leader had to leave for unknown reasons. Wink Wink. I asked for the star but it was passed to my friend (15 AA). Some players were already inside. There are 6 of us, one level 14 bard outside who leaves in 2 minutes. 1 weird halfling rogue monk wiz(?) thing? Who rage quits at fire and ice later. The level 15 elf AA. one 16 drow sorceress, another rogue monk thingy, this one was a WF and then me, 9 ranger 5 monk.

So you got a little intro, leave if you want or read on if your bored as 2 rats in a tub with your dad. The bard left.


CHAPTER 2. Fire and Ice.

We breeze easily to fire and ice, the hobbit gets the int rune and the AA smites the golem. We get to fire and ice, our WF runs for ice, comes back down with giants but no ice. Our hobbit thing then goes with him. ice dies somewhere way up there so AA caster and I go and kill fire, fire gets paralyzed in the lava. AA mistake but all is forgiven.

We failed. hobbit rage quits.
Caster and I run up to find the others, our missing companions AA and WF. Okay I think we should get some names for our warriors.

Level 15 AA = Jen. (fake name)
Level 13 WF = Dave. (fake name)
Level 16 sorc = Sarah. (fake name)
Level 14 ranger monk (me) = Exiile. (real name)


Exiile and Sarah
Madly search the ice caves for their lost friends. BANG Dave is dead. Jen politely kites the mob as Sarah and Exiile kill stuff. Exiile picks up the soul stone, a very very heavy burden it is that is why Exiile forgot about it at this moment.

Sarah is ****ed, she is so tired and weak she cannot cast anymore spells, she kited ice to the closed treasure room (which is closed) Dave MADLY kills ice! Oh wait, dave is dead, trying to tell Exiile to turn back to the shrine, but Exiile is far to deep in thought, Exiile runs down to fire with Sarah and Jen close behind. Shortly after they all met up, friends and foes we all knew A fight to remember had begun. (10 seconds later) Our hero's run back to the treasure room and loot the chests! Exiile finally hears the muffled voice of dead Dave and brings him to the shrine.
Our hero's jump back to the iron golem room, besides Dave of course who go lost in ice again.... Exiile saved Dave and brings him to the rest of the small group. Our hero's embark on the next mission. All is well besides the fact that they forgot the Nular Rune! (that's the first one right?)'
