I have not been able to find the answer to this question, so I hope I am posting it in the correct place:

Must I install Pando Media Booster in order to download and install the game? Would I be able to play it without downloading Pand, or would it not run?

The file from here:

Handles the entire download process so you normally don't need to do anything extra with regards to PMB and it can be uninstalled once DDO has completely finished installing.
