I'm curious why you didn't start, say, 18 / 15 / 15 / 8 / 8 / 8. DEX 16 doesn't get you anything, not even earlier access to ITWF since you take a +2 DEX tome instead of +1; or were you planning to feat-swap after taking it? +1 Will saves from WIS 10 is meaningless without a lot more effort invested in boosting Will, IMHO. Just odd to me to see a Kensai build which doesn't start max STR yet doesn't seem to be gaining anything valuable from sacrificing it, unless I'm missing something.

What about Stunning Blow instead of GC?

I agree. Cleave sucks. Go with Stunning Blow or another toughness feat or something for that dreadful will save(gotta love that fighter will save progression).

Your HP could use some extra. 567 is where you should finish out when fully geared with the stats listed.

I'd look at switching the stats like mentioned above with a 15 con and dex and taking your human adaptability II in Con to get back to 16. This opens racial toughness III. The result is more strength and 10 more HP.

You don't need those two extra points in dex at all. They get you +1 reflex and +1 to AC. That matters for naught on this build.

Instead of cleave and great cleave, good options are: Stunning blow, Quick draw or another Toughness.

I normally start with 15 dex for twf builds. I figured starting with 16 would give me flexibility on when I needed a +2 tome though. I hadn't considered going with 15 con. That would provide a more meaningful use of points than wisdom. I had considered quickdraw, but I wasn't sure about stunning blow. I wasn't sure how effective it would be on a slashing build. Thanks for the feedback.

I guess the only question now is whether I can survive without wands! My last pure fighter was capped at level 10...and I deleted him...a human khopesh build strangely enough. lol

Solo'ing with healing hireling (well kindof solo'ing, playing alone if you prefer) works well. You can save his butt, when he's not in a good mood by intimidating mobs from him.
