Ransack for quests?

I've been farming the U8 quests pretty relentlessly since the release.

Just did one and got the message "You have completed this quest frequently" in the same manner in which I have previously received ransack messages. In addition, my loot choices for end rewards were ML:6 instead of ML:10 or ML:12 items.

I've never seen this message before. New to U8?

It's not a new function. Quests have been ransackable since I got here. (unless it was added when I wasn't paying attention, but I learned about chest and quest ransack at the same time, so quest ransack was here by around 1 month after DDO went ftp)

I've probably just never ran the same quest that frequently, which is why I asked.
