Which Quests Can I Get Mats for Epic Bracers?

I have the standard monk bracers, purchased from AH, and then farmed Sentinel quests to get the sigils.

Could I get some pointers on how to farm for the items i need to make them epic? It's a scroll a shard and a seal. . .but how can i get those(specifically which quests and which boxes. . .I hear the scroll drops from dead mobs, just dunno the quest)

The scroll drops from any dead mob in the sentinels pack on epic.
The shard drops from The Tide Turns on epic.
I believe the seal can drop from any quest but has a higher chance on a certain one (Look up the guides in the guide section of the forum).
