Hey everyone,

I guess it's true what they say about people who are going to quit: the ones who will quit usually don't announce it and just quit, like I did 6 months(give or take) ago.

While I'm having fun somewhere else (love STO space pvp - now if only they took DDO's earlier combat system as their ground combat system..) I do miss my friends in DDO, so assuming I still have any left , I wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas!

Rusty? I could barely walk around, It took me 10 minutes to find our guild airship. As for Spyder dragging me around I felt like one of the "shrplz" newbs being spoon fed the quests....very Humbling after almost 4 years of playing.

Anyhow, happy holidays to you and all my guildies as well.

Was kind of figuring you quit, can't say I didnt see it coming, although I was wondering if you had just hopped servers to get a change for a while. Been busy with work (yey!), so not playing as much (boo). I did change guilds to Roving Guns. Glad to hear you and Skalt are okay. Still trucking here, and I'll leave it at that.

Good to see you, if even in the forums Aga. I just recently came back from a years+ absence. Everything was new and unfamiliar, longtime friends gone and everything I remembered was different.

This made the game new again for me, so much new to see and do. I TR'd Tashya and now get to experience the game from a bit of a different perspective.

Anyway, glad to see you for a bit, have a Merry Christmas/Happy Haunakka/Festivus/Kwanzaa whatever applies in the Great White North.

It's good to hear from you! We will have to get together and chat more in-depth, but glad to hear you're happy in RG, definitely some very good, cool people in there.

As for my leaving, yeah... I don't think it came as a surprise to anyone, I was rather unhappy and vocal about the proposed changes, some of which went live recently (firewall, fireball, etc) and with what I saw as a 'blind-man's approach to design': Let's mess up with this, ok, it's broken, and it only took us 1 or 2 years to notice, now let's change it so radically that we'll break it in the other direction for another year, etc., as opposed to coming up with a coherent plan to fix things from the ground up, for all level ranges.

But actually, I didn't mean to talk about this, just wanted to see my friends if they still played
