Just some observations.
1.) Biased sample if you get alot of DDO forum goers answering this, and not a bunch of other random people.
2.) On the moving scales (ie question 7 Which of the following categories best describes your family’s annual income?) details about the bubbles would be helpful, since the lowest is 10% and the middle is 50%, then Im assuming the two in between are 23% and 36%, but your ranges are =/=. Not a huge issue, but since they are not labeled you are having people make assumptions, as opposed to just answering the questions. Best would be Less then 10%, 10%-20%, 21-30% ect

I dont want to be a pain in the buttocks but I tought that the statistical process of choosing a RANDOM sample is of first importance when aquiring data...
For example, a bias will necessarily be created by the mere fact that this survey gets willingly filled up mostly by the typical forum community of ddo.
Just sayin...
