vampiric stonedust wraps

I was reading this post and finally realized how cool the Stonedust wraps are and was gonna farm the quest Eyes of stone and just had two questions:
1. about how long did it take you to get them.
2. i read that the stunning +6 was bugged and wasn't working. Is this still the case? i saw you guys talking about the DC going from 17 to 27 but not sure if you guys talked about if the stunning bug was fixed.

It appears as though the stunning has been fixed (my little lvl 10 monk went on a stun fest after he got these yesterday).

It took me 6 back to back runs for them to drop yesterday, but i assume it's random, it could be sooner or later depending, go on your 'lucky toon' as the item is bta i'd advise .

There was speculation in another thread about whether these upgraded ones also had a +5 enhancement upgrade. Is this the case? Or is the only change the vampirism? (And of course, the +Stunning bug fix.)

from all these buggs i'm hearing about it seems that Turbine really needs to get their act together, sure these new handwraps are pretty cool but honestly i don't want my level 10 handwraps only performing like a level 6 handwraps
