cant open store

for some reason, i cannot access the store in-game. Like, i click the icon and the window appears for the store, but nothing loads on it, no links, nothing. What can i do to fix this?

Same issue, store window loads to a black screen. Closed and restarted the client, but that didn't fix it. Presuming that the server is down and will be back as soon as they're able, since they can't take my money until they do.

Update: Did some digging on the LOTRO forums, where people suggested deleting the "browser" folder from the DDO directory, and letting the launcher download a fresh copy. I tried this and can confirm that the re-downloaded in-game browser works (my.ddo access in-game functions), but the store is still a black screen. I have previously accessed the store using the same computer on the same network, so the problem should not be with any of these. Not much else to do but file a ticket I suppose.
