I loves me some cookies and I usually find little to complain about. Gotta add a little observation, though.

(If you are unaware, eating all 5 cookies gives you a +4 profane bonus to INT, CHA and WIS)

It's cool that the team has finally put something in to boost casting stats, but I think it's a bit much for casters to have to eat all 5 cookies to get this bonus. Both Hezzie and Titan cookies add melee-relevant/enhancing stats on one cookie. Give us the one cookie. Please. There's no reason why we should have to eat 5 cookies to get this enhancement.

For conversation's sake, no- I am not complaining about something that's already free. As mentioned, I love cookie season and am far from a Grinch about it. I'd just like to see some caster-stat oriented cookie fun that is on par with what the melees get with their Hezzie and Titan cookies.

It's not the time factor for me, it's the relative trade and time value. With a little "Backpack space" value thrown in.

Why should Casters have to turn in that many more coins and have to get all 5 Abishai cookies in order to get a super-cool stat buff? And if we want to buy them, they're basically 5 times as expensive as for a melee who wants a Hezzie cookie. Hezzie cookies give three stat buffs (Dex, Str. and Con.)- why do they get to spend 10k plat on one cookie when we would have to go to the AH and spend 50k?

It's just uneven.

Again, I'm not saying that I don't love the cookies and I hope I'm not sounding whiny- my intent is just to bring it to the developer's attention that it's kinda not equal to have to grind 5 times as much as another class, whether it's coin farming or AH buying so we can have some equivalent holiday stat-increasing shenanigans.

I'd even be ok making it a 60 second buff to INT, WIS and CHA.... just make the grind.value equal. Pleeb?

They're the equiv of an entire pack slot if someone carries around enough of them

I do and don't agree. Paradoxical I know. The reason I agree is I'd like to see something to boost caster DC's, the reason I don't is that a 10 minute +2 to caster DC's is much more powerful than a +8 to str imo.

My caster has a 40DC on enchants if I drink a store or Yugo pot, 39 without. Adding +2 to my DC's is much more powerful than adding +4 to hit and damage to a melee toon for 1 minute.

2HF Melee toon for 1 minute is going to get on average lets say 360 pts extra damage + whatever they'd get from the crit multiplier (86SPM+crits).

If I go from fail to no fail with a +2 DC and hold 5 devils with the entire group beating on them that's basically 10 minutes of auto crits for a MASSIVE spike in damage.

I'm not a DDO number cruncher and I'm using the most rudimentary calculation possible but I believe I'm at least directionally correct.

I don't agree necessarily that it needs to be so hard as 5 cookies and I'd even settle for a +2 to DC's for 1 minute for a single cookie to be more in line with the titan cookies.
