If you want to play a Necromancer you need your Int as high as possible. Besides Intelligence a Wizard just needs Con, every other stat is next to irrelevant. As a Drow you also need Charisma to get your UMD high enough for selfhealing.

Enlarge spell is not a very good feat either. Just take more Spellfoki after you covered the basics Empower/Maximise/Quicken/Extend/Heighten/Thoughness. Spell Penetration I and II are important for your build also.
And even if you move on the Instadeath Line, dont forget to take all the fire/Ice Enhancements for Firewall.
and prepare to get frustrated. Late in the Game most Mobs have excellent Fortsaves. Enchantmentspells work better since those High fort Mobs have a weak will.
