My question is why do these spells exist now? being they serve no actual purpose "now", when else are they used in "non-raiding" situations? rhetorical. Lets be honest raid bosses was about the only thing these spells *were good foR!

Even that would be a better system than current for nukers. They get to buff party and do mass holds & dances. No imagination there either. Some are healers for robots.

Oh we absolutely could do it if we planned the group in advance. This was the third run of the night and we we out of real tanks.

Probably be easier on normal I guess?
I swear the loot on normal is better than hard.

Ha! It certainly seems that way sometimes.

When the number of off-hand attacks for Two Weapon Fighting were reduced and when the Glancing Blows were removed from combat while moving. My Barbarian might as well not take any of the THF feats at all now.

I guess this sums it up.

ANOTHER group of spells that stay in the spellbook and will never get used. I thought they were going to make more spells viable?

I feel pretty essential in Part 1, Reconning a WF on the Jailer.

I feel really essential in Part 2, kiting shadows.

I feel pretty essential in Part 3, Reconning a WF tank and handling trash.

Usefulness is what you make it. Do I sometimes miss being the king off big boom boom I was in GH? Yes but I adapt and use my tools to benefit the party in a lot of different ways in high end raids and epics.
