keeps failing at this point "examine game data"
says an update error occurred: unable to decrypt and de-serialize the data download from the server.
when first started got to update then failed near end. then was doing this, so i downloaded whole game and repaired my installation and i'm still getting this.

If you are running Vista please try the TurbineRegisterGDF.exe file as listed in the knowledgebase:

ok reinstalled .net framework no go
and the other link on that page is broke i'm getting a 404 error

reinstalled dot net and manually registered the dll's still won't go. just get a red x and retry in 59 seconds over and over
