Horc swing animations and Frost weapon upgrade

I have noticed that the Horc swing animations seemed to have been cut short. They used to do a downward chop at the end of the THF sequence now it seems to cut short and reset back to the starting animation. is this a bug or is it intentional because it looks and feels unfinished.

I upgraded my weapon on the Risia alter to Frost and under my item desctription it doesnt show up, it has a "string error" at the end of the description. I wish they would work out all the bugs before releasing an update. Anyone else experience this?

QA has already received reports on this issue. We're adding this to the Known Issues list, and expect to have a fix in the works for a future update. As noted by the OP, this is a visual issue only, the attack roll and damage is applied as appropriate.

Confirmation it's been logged as a known issue and is visual only.
