Pale Masters and spell absorption items

Not sure if this is a bug or WAI.

I upgraded a pale lavender ioun stone (spell absorption 50 charges, recharges 15/day) at the dreamforge and took it out for a spin.

I noticed right away that the Pale Master's "healing" effect from combining lich form and death aura is absorbed as a "harmful" spell by the ioun stone.

50 charges gone in a few seconds.

Has this already been fixed on other items (Mantle of the Worldshaper, scarabs, etc.)?

Nope. Still uses up my mantle charges.
