    Not enough information provided.

Is your headset listed under Options>Audio>Voice capture device ?
    Is enable voice chat ticked?
    Is handsfree voice ticked?
Are you using the V key to push to talk (if that key is what it is still mapped to)
Have you configured your microphone within windows control panel>sound>recordning?

Thanks for partially answering the questions...

In the ddo.keymap file your key mapped will be listed thus:

    VOICECHAT_TALK [ Old [ 0 DIK_F ] ]

So you hold down F (by default) to activate voicechat

Is this what you are doing or can you describe the scenario better?

    Has it worked before?

thanks for quick reply i simply go to options and click on the option voice chat and when i test the mic test option its pretty good your reference "In the ddo.keymap file your key mapped will be listed thus:

So if the mic test option works you should be able to perform voice chat.

Either hold down the F key when you wish to talk or tick the hands free tickbox.

The F key is the default key and can be found in options>Key mapping
about a fifth of the way down under the interaction section "voice push to talk" is the selection.
